We have come up with the following key conceptual conclusions and design features: 
1 Humble Library 
Lightweight construction reduces the amount of cement used, the structure touches the earth lightly, the volume is low, and it harmonizes with the surrounding structure, allowing the building to maintain a humble posture, which reflects our interpretation of a library: Architecture is a moment in time, but knowledge is eternity. Library architecture is like a port where the treasure ship of books and wisdom can be anchored, continuing the eternal voyage of human civilization.
2 Public Library 
In response to the popularization of the concept of democracy and the advancement of collection technology, the design concept of de-ritualization creates a transparent and lightweight library through the construction of a slanted roof and large windows, so that the National Library can be close to the citizens in the community, and the Library can be a “library” to "non-library.
3 Eco-library 
uses design techniques to connect with the surrounding natural resources and restore the ecology of the old Bei Tong, creating a centralized green space, revitalizing the ecosystem of animals and plants, and at the same time, creating an eco-building that is bright and airy, with low energy consumption.
4 Library with Landscape 
The design configuration combines the urban landscape network in the Xinying urban plan, creates a cultural node in Xinying, connects the landscape axes, reduces the destruction of vegetation, highlights the existing landscape assets of the base, and integrates the library with the park's green space. 
5 Intelligent Library 
Functionality integrates nature and technology and transforms them into exhibition and educational energy, shaping the library of tomorrow.
6 Creative Library 
By providing a corner for reflection and meditation, a space for exchange and discussion, and a platform for real-time performances, the Library aims to promote exchange, stimulation and creativity among patrons, and to turn the Library into a more active space for knowledge production.
