As the earliest form of human architecture, the residential home has evolved over time. Beyond providing shelter from the elements, its primary function is to enrich our spiritual lives. We believe that in this age of information overload and amidst the clamor of the city, the primary mission of a residence is to soothe our spirits, allowing us to rest fully and live in peace. Therefore, the architectural design objective of this project is not flashy formal expression, but rather an attempt to use stable forms and materials, carefully controlling proportions and details, so that the building appears calmly within daily life, calming the residents’ minds and enhancing the quality of their spiritual lives.
In terms of spatial configuration, the project utilizes a community activity floor and large balconies surrounding the living spaces to serve as buffers against the external urban environment. Regarding the exterior design, in addition to the aforementioned elements, the building employs a unified modular system to enhance construction efficiency and reduce costs. The ground floor provides separate entrances for both the community and participating units, while distinctive plazas designed at the east and west street corners, paired with commercial rental units, create an ideal urban space.
This residential complex comprises 340 units, including 204 one-bedroom units (60%), 102 two-bedroom units (30%), and 34 three-bedroom units (10%). Each floor has a ceiling height of 3.4 meters, with 20 above-ground floors and 3 underground floors. Design began in 2017, and the project is completed in 2024.
